Cadoil launches operations in Malaga, Spain


Cadoil signs long term lease agreement for storage facilities with ODT in port of Malaga, Spain.

Cadoil signs a long term lease agreement with ODT in Port of Malaga. This recently completed installation has been designed with the most up to date technology for storage, blending and distribution infrastructure. The initial capacity is 40,000 cubic meters in seven tanks, with room for future expansion. As part of its Business strategy, Cadoil aims to provide bunkering services via truck and barge in order to benefit from the growing demand at port installations.

The first cargo of 31,000MT of gasoil arrived on the 10th Dec. This will supply both the local and re-export markets.

The ODT installation provides its own jetty of 180m with a draught of 16m and also access to a dock of 750m with draught of 16m. 4 pipelines to the dock and jetty provide a capacity of 1,000 cubic meters per hour.

This new operation allows Cadoil to advance in its strategy of providing an excellent level of service and optimization.
